01Introduction

Welcome to ci77. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and ci77 ("ci77", "we", "us", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the ci77 website, mobile-browser platform and all related gaming services available at ci77.bet. Please read these Terms carefully before creating an account or using any service. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use ci77.

ci77 reserves the right to refuse service, close accounts and withhold balances where eligibility criteria are not met or false information has been provided. This includes cases where a player's age cannot be verified to the satisfaction of ci77's compliance team.

04Account Registration and Security

Each player may hold one account on ci77. To register, you must provide a valid mobile number, create a secure password and agree to these Terms. Your account credentials are personal to you and must not be shared with any third party under any circumstances.

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
• If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact ci77 support immediately via live chat or at [email protected].
• ci77 may require identity verification (KYC) before processing any withdrawal. Acceptable documents include a national ID, passport or driving licence.
• Accounts inactive for 12 consecutive months may be subject to an inactivity fee of ৳200 per month after prior written notice to registered contact details.

ci77 will never request your password via email, live chat or any other channel. Any communication purporting to be from ci77 that asks for your password should be treated as fraudulent — contact our support team immediately.

05Deposits and Withdrawals

ci77 supports deposits and withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa and Mastercard. All financial transactions are processed in BDT and subject to the following conditions.

• Minimum deposit is ৳100 per transaction regardless of payment method.
• Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed as quickly as possible. ci77 aims to complete the majority of withdrawals within the same business day but does not guarantee a specific processing time.
• ci77 may require identity and payment-method verification (KYC) before processing any withdrawal. Failure to provide documentation within a reasonable time may result in cancellation of the withdrawal request.
• All balances, bets, winnings and promotions are denominated in BDT. ci77 does not accept or process transactions in foreign currencies.
• Players who have self-excluded from ci77 are not permitted to make deposits or place bets for the duration of the exclusion period.

ci77 reserves the right to reverse deposits or withhold withdrawals pending investigation where there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse or any other prohibited activity. Funds associated with prohibited conduct will be forfeited in full.

06Bonuses and Promotions

ci77 offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins and seasonal promotions timed around BPL, T20 World Cup, Eid and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are subject to the following conditions without exception.

• Every bonus carries a wagering requirement that must be met before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable rollover multiplier is displayed clearly at the time of each offer.
• Bonuses not used within the stated validity period expire automatically and are removed from the account without compensation.
• Welcome bonuses are available to new accounts only. Players must not create additional accounts to claim welcome bonuses more than once.
• Some bonuses are restricted to specific game categories. Restrictions are detailed in the individual bonus terms displayed at the time of each offer.
• Players found to be exploiting bonus structures — through coordinated play, arbitrage betting or multiple account creation — will have their bonus funds and associated winnings forfeited and their account suspended.

ci77 reserves the right to alter, suspend or terminate any promotional offer at any time with or without prior notice. Changes to ongoing promotions will not affect bonuses already credited to player accounts at the time of the change.

07Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on ci77. Any breach may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances and, where required, referral to relevant authorities.

• Registering or attempting to register more than one account for any purpose, including claiming multiple bonuses or circumventing account restrictions.
• Using software, bots, scripts or any other automated means to interact with ci77, place bets or access account functionality.
• Engaging in money laundering, using ci77 to process proceeds of illegal activity, or structuring transactions to evade financial monitoring obligations.
• Colluding with other players or third parties to manipulate game outcomes, betting markets or the results of promotional competitions.
• Registering using false, incomplete or borrowed personal information, or allowing another individual to use your ci77 account.

ci77 employs monitoring technology to detect prohibited conduct. Where such conduct is detected, ci77 will take all reasonable steps to recover losses resulting from that conduct, including legal action where appropriate.

08Responsible Gaming

ci77 is committed to responsible gaming. The platform is strictly for players aged 21 and above. The following tools are available to all registered players via account settings or by contacting customer support at any time.

• Deposit limits: players may set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits. A limit can only be increased after a 24-hour cooling-off period.

09Intellectual Property

You must not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display or reverse-engineer any ci77 content without prior written consent.

10Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ci77 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of profits or business interruption, even if ci77 has been advised of the possibility of such damages. ci77's total aggregate liability to any individual player in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

ci77 makes no warranty that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free or free from harmful components. ci77 is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. You assume full responsibility for your use of ci77 and all outcomes arising from that use, including the outcome of any bets placed.

11Amendments to These Terms

ci77 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, ci77 will endeavour to notify registered players by posting a notice on the platform or by sending a notification to registered contact details. Your continued use of ci77 following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with amended Terms, you must stop using ci77 and may close your account by contacting customer support.

12Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. ci77 encourages players to contact customer support in the first instance to resolve any dispute informally. Where a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the competent courts. ci77 aims to respond to all formal dispute submissions within 10 business days of receipt.
